STEP 1.
Draw your cross bars with a ruler with a pencil, then draw a half circle for the top of the turtles shell body and one for head of your cartoon Turtle

Draw the outline of the head and then draw the bottom of the shell as shown.

STEP 3.
Draw the legs as shownin orange for your cartoon Turtle.

Now add two cricles for the eyes, then add two circles for the pupils of the eyes, and then draw the belly of your cartoon Turtle.

STEP 5.
Draw the eyelids, then the nose, and the mouth and then some smile lines to add more of an expression.
