STEP 1.
Use a pencil and draw an upside down "U" its ok if its not a perfect U, it will look more like an Octopus.

STEP 3.
Now draw the lines in orange for the other side of the Octopus arms. Then draw little circles for the suction cups on the arms as shown in green.

STEP 5.
Draw two circles for the pupils, and the beak and smile lines. Add eyelashes if you want to make your octopus a female/girl cartoon octopus.

STEP 6.
Great you just drew a cartoon Octopus! Now you can color in your cartoon Octous using crayola markers, crayons, ink pens, or watercolors if you like.
